Tuition is for the entire school year. The DIW school year season is 38 weeks of study commencing the last week of august and the final day of classes ending the week prior to memorial day weekend. The annual spring recital will run on the Saturday following the last day of classes. Please refer to the student calendar for exact dates. We offer 3 payment plans for the year:
Season In-Full: The full tuition paid in-full by September 30. A minimum of the first month’s tuition due at the time of registration as a deposit to secure class placement.
Season Two-Installments: The first half of tuition paid by at the time of registration and the remaining balance due January 5th.
Monthly ACH: The 35 week tuition is prorated over a 9 month payment period. The first month’s tuition is due at the time of registration as a deposit to secure class placement. Each remaining payment is debited from a pre-authorized account between the 1st and 5th of each corresponding month beginning October 1st.
**Any person planning to pay monthly MUST do so by turning in the direct debit authorization form with the first month’s payment upon registration, or a place in the classes for which he/she registers will not be reserved. We are no longer invoicing on a monthly basis due to the frequency of late payments.
